Legal clients are billed once the case closes, or every thirty days, depending on the length of the case. Our invoices are detailed and emailed over accordingly, per case.
Doctors 4 Lawyers excels at developing the most qualified network of expert witnesses, and therefore every medical professional features a unique rate. This rate is agreed upon before the review of records occurs.
Once your legal case is submitted it will be reviewed the Doctors 4 Lawyers Team and assigned an Expert. We will the review for conflict of interest and assure both parties agree with the case fees and terms. You will take it from there.
All fees are already calculated in our physicians fees and hourly rates, keeping billing simple for all parties.
Physicians
Our service is completely free for physicians.
Yes, we prefer that our physicians bill at the rates they are comfortable with in, but in order to maintain our standard of excellence Doctors 4 Lawyers will assist in this process if needed.
Workloads tend to fluctuate and we do not have the ability to accurately predict how much work you may receive.
Yes, we prefer that our physicians maintain control of what they would or wouldn’t like to pursue.
Yes, all of our verified members must sign a contract with Doctors 4 Lawyer in order to gain access to our community of legal professionals that need your services.
